1. We ship to Portugal and the entire Schengen area (EU). We do not ship outside of this area in Europe or to other continents.

4. The carrier is always informed of the package contents.
5. Whenever possible, in the event of temperatures above 30°C or below 0°C in the regions where the package is being shipped to its destination, we will contact the customer to discuss the best shipping method.
