All these conditions of sale must be detailed below and regulate the contractual relationships between any client and Wines for Live.

- All alcoholic beverages available for sale in the Wines for Life online store may only be purchased by individuals of legal drinking age in their country of residence.
- Under current legislation in Portuguese territory, Wines for Life is required to add VAT at the legal rate in effect for all products. Prices displayed always include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- The description, image, and any other information about a product displayed in the Wines for Life online store are subject to change without notice. The images illustrated on each product may differ from the actual product.
- Prices are listed per 750ml bottle, unless the product description indicates a different capacity.
- In general, an order takes 2 to 5 days to be delivered in mainland Portugal and 5 to 8 days in Europe and the rest of the world (except for exceptions beyond our control).
- Orders are shipped by a courier company.
- Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and its delivery destination and are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified.
- Shipping insurance costs are optional but recommended.
- Payment methods accepted in our online store include: Multibanco reference, credit and debit cards, and MB Way.
- If Wines for Life is unable to fully or partially process a customer's order for immediate shipping, the customer will be contacted to determine the most appropriate course of action.
- For orders placed through our website, if payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be canceled.
- Upon receipt of the package, the customer must verify that the package(s) received are in good condition and properly sealed. If any imperfections or damage to the product are detected, the customer must return it to the shipping company, duly justify the reason for the return on the delivery note, and notify Wines for Life.
- The minimum total purchase amount required to validate the order is 45€. Thank you.
- Wines for Life is not responsible for shipments to countries where the respective law prohibits the entry of alcoholic beverages. It is the customer's responsibility to seize the respective order. In the event of a product return, Wines for Life will refund only the value of the merchandise.
- Wines for Life recognizes all its customers' right to terminate contracts with it, allowing them to return purchased products within 14 days under the terms of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 of April 26 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of May 20.
- The sale or provision of alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 16 is prohibited (Article 2 of Decree-Law 9/2002 of January 24).
Use of the system, as well as the purchase of any product, implies acceptance of these General Conditions by the Customer, who agrees to abide by them.
